Somewhere in 2019 I was depressed with my health, I had always hated eating medicines. Tired of the headaches, hair loss and acidity issues, I was helpless but started to be dependent on medicines. I was in search of a sustainable lifestyle one day I watched this documentary called Cowspiracy and then What the Health, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, Forks and Knives and many more. That made me realize that it is just our food and lifestyle which needs to be fixed. Eating the right food at the right time can bring back our health. Popping pills was not the solution. But eliminating the cause of the sickness was important.
